Let's Skip Town!

Recently we have been making the most of our weekends by heading out and about around the state. Not wanting to venture too far in a day, we have still managed to find alot more in our own "backyard"!
Lake Eppalock and a picnic lunch in the car boot
Little lumber-jack
Woolly FiFi
A day of "BIG" things. First stop, The Big Strawberry for lunch,a play and of course a strawberry milkshake
After lunch down the road and over the border to The Big Murray Cod,Tocumwal.
Hanging out at the Tocumwal beach
Back over the bridge and into Victoria again for a look at Yarrawonga and afternoon tea at Lake Mulwala and the weir. Some of us enjoyed afternoon tea more than others.
"What you lookin at?"

Easter!!

It was a jammed packed April with family visiting for their holiday's and Easter. Tamara,Lindsay and the boy's arrived first then a few day's later Mum and Dad. Even though they are not in order of event, hopefully the picture's still show just how much fun was had!
Easter morning was early but lots of chocolate and bubbles made it all worth while. Mitchell," Do l really get to eat this all Mum?"
The terrific trio (TT) wait patiently for their Easter surprise
In the quietness of Easter evening we thought the kids were settled down after the overload of chocolate only to hear a rumbling of chocolate wrapper's again and look to see it's Mitchell this time finishing off an egg and not a small one at that.
It was a messy situation but a proud one for the lad.
Egg hunt time and Mitchell getting his fair share
Little tote in hand
The more mature chose to bask in the sunshine
The Heiny's
The Jobby's
Making time for man-time occurred alot for these two. Lindsay and Mitchell go over the Bunnings catalogue before the visit to the big green shed
TT enjoy what else Bunnings have to offer
T1-Tiger
T2-Princess in her tiara
T3-Dog
Indoor play centre and Mitchell wondering why he is locked in while the other's play in all those bright balls
That's why,he would probably get jumped on
Angelic TT
Nativity TT
Ryan and Zachary posing for the next Christmas card photo
Steam train in town and all aboard!

Mitchell doing the right thing and that is keeping the 5th child safe, Dad's video camera
It went over the bridge and past the "local".
TT waited for the fire sirens to ring Good Friday morning to drop their dollar's in for the appeal
All rugged up and ready to sail the river (Lindsay had the kiddes keeping him warm alot)
Didnt take much for Mitchell to find the ZZZZs whilst on the trip
We found a spot and had lots of helper to find fire wood for the camp fire
Oh the serenity...
After a chilli day out on sea, time for warm bath and party...
"Who's you say?" Ryan did wish it was his,but no
Party did almost get put on hold by Shaun the Sheep but no someone was eager to get it started and that was.............................
