Jam-packed Super September!

So it has been awhile and you must all think we have fallen off the face of earth but no no no. So much has gone on in September so hope you enjoy the photos.
To begin the mad month it was Fathers Day and a family trip to Deniliquin Sunday afternoon was what the Man of the house desired.
Bought back alot of memories for me as l too visited there alot when l was a little girl,
"one for me, one for ducks, that right Mum?"
Usual post for these two, eating.
"Bummer, all gone" says Mitchell, next favourite activity......
pulling Lexie's hair.
So then the next week Nathan is called to Brisbane to do some work, yippee! Family trip back up north but wait, kid free weekend thanks to Ma Ma and Pa. Off Nath and l went and spent 5 nights away.So what could we get up too.....
Outback Spectacular-Gold Coast!!! Something we had always wanted to go see and no better opportunity.
Believe it or not one of the stars of the show!!! Long story and would love to tell the story face to face but to cut short, he was asked as we walked in and best bit of it, Nathan fell flat on his face in the dirt and then was mistaken for one of the riders in the show, classic!! Can't wait to tell the grand kids one day!!!!
We hired a "rice burner" whilst away, but this gave us a fantastic opportunity to drive to Warwick and meet our new niece Aliyana and also catch up with family.
This is what happens when Aunty Julz and Aunty Lyce dress you, how cute are the leg warmers!
A "practice" family pic for one day down the track
Still newlyweds and loving it
So being child free gave us a great time to just be uncle and aunt to the boys, they loved it and enjoyed the attention.
Ryan does Zumba and boy..can he cut up the dance floor
Zachy doing his best also
So Zachy had fun having a picnic in the cubby house,
Then Aliyana joined later. It was so much fun for the couple of days. But wasn't long till we would see them again but till then it was time to fly home and prepare for visitors, the Peters'!!
We got back and the next day Nato, Karlee, Chloe and Mali arrived.
First stop for their Echuca stay, Ice-Cream shop!
Then down by the river for a sticky-peek
Billabong Ranch was next and a load of activities out there to do. Putt Putt was first and a "hit"(hahaha.get it)
This was amazing but Mitchell got a hole in one from this
The Animal farm was great out there and the kids had the place to themselves. These 4 day old bunnies were so cute and very tiny
The biggest sheep l have ever seen, but with the amount of food they give you to feed it, no wonder.
Pony ride time and Chloe had a blast, a born horse rider here.
Lexie was not keen at all but Mitchell on the other hand.....
loved it,little cowboy!!!
To end the afternoon a relaxing paddle along the lake
Relaxing for some......
So their trip was short but very sweet, we fitted as much as we could into the two and half days. No visit to us is complete without a trip to the "Bowls Club"
Mitchell being anti-social
Who knew a pencil is also a great piece of cutlery?
New day and last day, time to cruise the Murray River and have picnic lunch
Mr Chilled!!!
Nothing like the hum of the boat to send you to sleep, either that or the smell of the petrol to knock you out.
Karlee insisted on making dinner for me as a belated birthday present so Mexican it was and it was soooooo yummy
Even whipped up a choccy cake that went down so well
Time for them to fly home but not until Nato and Nath had a "twirling tennis" game
So as one family left another arrived and its time for foursome fun fun fun!!! We did so much but just enjoyed the time we had with them so not alot of photos.
Apart from the Milk bar
It was footy day and Lexie loved showed Ryan and Zachy "her" kindy
Miss Aliyana was a happy little girl the whole time and loves car trips so lm sure visiting will be a great tradition. Thankyou to EVERYONE for visiting us!!!! We can't tell you how special we feel.
