Watching Footy with Dad!

So the time has come for Mitchell to be introduced to the world of FOOTY! With our little bomber here,Nath now has another companion by his side
Mitchell cheering at one stage!
Both glued to the telly.

Easter!

Easter 2010 was quiet for us. Unfortunately Nathan was unwell so it was good no one came to visit or they may not have been to impressed with what they left with. But under the circumstance's we still had a lovely time together as a happy family of four!
We went to a Good Friday Family fun day along with other's from church. Lexie enjoyed getting her face painted and running in the egg and spoon race. She may not have came first but she was honest enough not to hold the egg down with her finger's like the other children whilst running.
Easter Sunday surprises waiting
But all were asleep
Until l checked on Lexie and she was waiting patiently for us
Her turn with the camera.Goodmorning
Just before we race to see whats waiting
The ear's were just abit of fun Lexie said,LOL
mmmmm chocolate for breakfast, only on Easter Sunday
Mitchell wasn't forgotten,he got two books, one from Us and the other from MaMa and Pa
Asking where his chocolate was ????
"Give me chocolate, see this is where it goes"
"No mum!"
The real life doll
"Hang on a second this is it!"
"No one move, they are all mine"
"yeah go on laugh, but l'm sure l'm not the only one who has had a shot like this taken!'

Church Camp!

Just before Easter we had our church family camp on in Alexandra. It was held at Crystal Creek camp site and it was so lovely to be surrounded by the mountains and it was great getting to know other's in our church!
If there was ever a time Lexie was missing, you were sure to find her on the tramp.
They had this awesome water slide which leads down to the lake. Here our pastor David was trying to not break a tailbone, its a rough surface as dirt and rocks are just underneath
Damo took his little daughter down, she survived and was happy to do it again
Lexie on the other hand was alittle unsure about it and thought no way was she going down there, even with dad
Matt thought it a nicer idea to take his children,Brooke and Brody,on the canoe's
Nathan showing off, going backwards and boy did it make a splash
They maybe mature men but boy's at heart, giggling away in fun
Kathrine a mum of five thought to show up her children who didn't even want to dip their feet in (mind you she actually hurt her hip pretty bad after this)
But her youngest Dale had more fun watching mum on the side and playing in the mud
Nathan was trying to see how many times her could "rollover" before he did the water. l think he got 3 and half rolls in
Again Lexie at her desired play area
and with friend's it's even more fun
Time for clean up and she needed a good soaking after such a full day.
Mitchell just catching more zzzzzzzzz
On our way home we stopped off at a Lake Elden. You know what Nath's like, gotta take as many pic's as possible and these were just a few
Whilst l fed in the car, Nathan and Lexie went for a walk.....
or was that just an excuse to go find a place to do bush wee's and take funny picture's!??
