Long Weekend in Adelaide!

Earlier in the month we had our labour day holiday. This worked in well as we also had a wedding to go to in Adelaide, so again we packed up and were up and off bright and early.
We spent the Saturday at Glenelg beach and the day could not have been more perfect.
Our little cherubs loved it too
Got to watch and listen to some of the Oz volleyball championships
Somebody should be asleep but.....mmmmm not...peek a boo!
Great day for swimming but not so much when you swimming with sting-rays (dark shadow left of picture)
Time for a snack and play in the mall and water spouts
Again someone should be asleep but....mmmm not. (poor mate he wanted to ride too)
Saturday night, before the big day, we went and hung out with Matt and Sally (bride and groom) and old school mates of Nathan's.
Didn't take long and the old school adventures and stories were out. ALOT of laughter and mean alot. Poor Bordertown teachers!!
Sunday and all dressed for the evening ahead
And here she comes....
Matt's sister's did the reading and big hand to Jenna (blonde one) who had just had a baby late on the Friday night, and a c-section too. Very brave young lady there but good on her for her bro.
Nath and Ryan full of giggles

Nathan's 30th Birthday!

What a weekend we have just had. The big man of the house turned 30 and we celebrated in what we think is style!!
We thought it would be fun to include Mitchells birthday in it again also.
So Ma Ma,Pa,Laura and Toby came across for the weekend too. We had a BBQ dinner in the backyard with a few friend's. The theme was 80's for Nathan and Frog/Green for Mitchell. Come dressed as you like and well there was alot of side pony tails, wizz fizz and one case of a very bad mullet. Could have only been one man......... Nath.

The bounty of 80's lollies....oh memories
