Ocean Grove Holiday!

So the week after Easter we headed for a holiday. Ocean Grove was our destination and we were greeted on arrival to a beautiful day....not. Freezing cold, raining and windy. Not a good start but thank goodness we were blessed with better weather there after. Our friends Tim and Kate joined us for the week too and survived holidaying with the 2 of our kids!
The view from our holiday house balcony. Looking to Barwon  Heads.
Hmmmmm questionable weather indeed. Looking straight out to Antarctica.

We always manger to make fun though. Poor Mitchell was too "large" to fit in the picture.
Being able to cook at home was great, where it was alot warmer.brrrrrr
Day trip to Geelong for sight seeing, shopping and the museums (Ford vehicle and Wool)
Of course had to find some good parks along the way
The view from the Sorrento ferry
Mitchell's desire to "swim with the dolphins"
He loved Mr Tim's hat
Coming into Sorrento
First stop, lunch in the sun!
To walk off lunch it was to the beach and what an awesome view, worth the massive walk.
Stilllllllllllll a wee bit chilli for some!!
Perfect day's were on their way and we snapped it up super quick.
Our beach side personal pamper (leg exfoliate)
And pretty much this was what we did at night. Boys watched footy, girls relaxed about in our funky spot PJs and kids played connect 4!
