So after long discussions, many lists and trips to the appropriate stores, the time had come! All l needed was to take a deep breath, toughen up and embrace the joy of CAMPING!
This is how it went.....
With Mitchell asleep it was "cuppa tea" time with the Queen.
Cordial was the milk, water the tea and 100's and 1000's as the sugar. Mmmmm yummo.
We even had some visitors drop by, the famous Tim and Kate.
They bought their "mascot", Mr Potato Head
Dinner time and thanks to Ma and Pa we got an early Christmas present, the gas cooker.
(NTS- next time bring a fry pan, oven tray isn't really non stick)
Our morning view.
Well my final conclusion..........l don't love it yet but am certainly keen to go again asap.
Thankyou Nathan for being supportive and "easing" me into it. A great family bonding time that's for sure and that l love!!!

Well done Jules. Now Paul thinks if you conquered it so can I. I may have to be taking that 'deep breath' and just do it sometime soon too.
How did you manage a weekend without rain? It always rains when I attempt to camp, thus explaining my hate of camping.
Looks like you had fun.
