Mt Gambier!

It was a last minute decision one Thursday night to pack our bags and head down and over the border to Mt Gambier. Friends of ours own and run a motel there and to be able to catch up with them before the arrival of their first baby was a great opportunity.

But not before a quick play in the roses.

With three weeks to go before little Harvey James Pettman was welcomed into the world, a muchly needed dinner out was had.

This was my first visit to Mt Gambier and there was alot to see, including the Blue Lake

A quick drive down to Port Macdonnell with Antarctica straight ahead....l think(?)

Next day and morning tea with Aunty Cath, Uncle Tom and Nic. Kids loved Sams mexican walking fish

Before heading back to Victoria we needed to visit the Umpherston sinkhole.

Dinner stop in Horsham and that was perfect for Mitchell to power those legs again on his bike and Lexie to fly her new kite, well when Nathan would giver her a go.
